Job Overview

Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials and sessions in specialized areas like clinical practice and academic theory by delivering lectures, running practical lab sessions, and supervising students during clinical placements.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Conduct 18-20 credit hours of teaching per week
• Deliver quality and engaging lessons and assessments
• Regularly review and update teaching, learning, and assessment materials
• Ensure fairness and accuracy in grading and student performance evaluation

Administrative

• Prepare and maintain complete teaching files each semester
• Submit exam papers, answer schemes, and results in a timely and accurate manner
• Update student attendance records regularly and report absenteeism
• Participate in administrative duties, committees, or task forces as assigned by the management

Student Engagement

• Supervise student final projects that support effective and psychomotor learning outcomes
• Act as an academic mentor and support student progress, ensuring regular engagement and guidance

External Engagement

• Participating in community outreach, open days, and marketing events to enhance the college’s visibility
• Collaborate with industry partners through career talks, seminars, study tours, and curriculum input initiatives

Skills and Experiences

Minimum degree in Physiotherapy, possess at least one (1) year in the related field, good communication skills, and working experience in college/university is preferable.
