Job summary

Job description

A physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical difficulties, injuries, chronic conditions, or disabilities to restore movement, manage pain, and improve overall function.

Key responsibilities

Evaluate physical condition, medical history, range of motion, strength, and posture to form a clinical diagnosis

Create and execute customized rehabilitation and exercise programs tailored to individual goals

Administer hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue massage, mobilization, electrotherapy, and guided physical activities

Instruct patients and families on home exercise routines, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies

Maintain detailed clinical records, monitor recovery milestones, and adjust treatment plans as needed

Coordinate care with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare specialists
