Job summary

Qualitas Medical Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in KL and surrounding areas. The role involves assessing patients, planning and conducting treatment sessions, and promoting wellness.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, at least 1 year of related experience, and fluent Bahasa Malaysia with basic English. 45 hours per week, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapist or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans according to patients’ needs and conditions.
• Provide hands‑on therapy to restore, maximize, and maintain movement and physical function.
• Educate patients, family members, and the community on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Prepare progress notes, professional letters, and reports.
• Issue receipts and collect payments after therapy sessions.
• Participate in company events, health talks, CSR projects, and marketing activities (online & offline).
• Attend to ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.
