At Ropheka Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre, our passion for physiotherapy allows patients to regain mobility faster and enjoy lasting results. We're looking for the next dynamic physiotherapist to join our growing clinic. The ideal candidate should be able to apply expert clinical skills to meet patients’ needs and deliver care with empathy and understanding.

We are located in Dataran Sentral, Seremban, and are humbled to see a wide range of cases, focusing mainly on musculoskeletal, sports and neurology.

Objectives

• Provide individual-specific physiotherapy based on current evidence-based practice using relevant assessment.
• Treat patients with therapeutic practices designed to relieve pain, increase mobility, restore normal function, and maintain maximum performance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of individualized care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop treatment plans that meet the needs of patients.
• Adhere to the current industry standards and medical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients using excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice (EBP).
• Do the necessary daily documentation.
• Always remain updated on current practices to ensure evidence-based practice (EBP) via continuing education courses, seminars, and journal articles.
• Follow up on patients' cases and continually educate them accordingly.
• Evaluate patient progress and reassess treatment plan when necessary.
• Educate patients on at-home practices to continue treatment and cope with recovery process.

Requirements

• Able to start by 1st June 2025.
• Malysian degree holder with minimum 2 years experience preferred.
• Able to work full-time only.
• Speaks fluent English and Malay (Tamil and/or Mandarin will be an added bonus).
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Excellent PR/communication skills.
• Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently.
• Possesses own transport and is able to drive for home visits.
• Willing to relocate to a different location if necessary (with advance notice provided).
