Physiotherapist

Job Responsibility

1. Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
2. Receive mentorship, guidance, and training as required by senior physiotherapist or other allied healthcare professionals such as doctors.
3. Monitor, report on patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
5. Utilize advanced physiotherapy techniques and modalities, staying updated with the latest research and best practices in the field.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and summaries.
7. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive care strategies.
8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise and insights to enhance patient care strategies and treatment plans.
9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by regulatory bodies and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
10. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of clinical protocols and practices.
11. Participate in company's marketing efforts both online or offline either as a speaker, or consultant to promote company's services.
12. Maintain overall tidiness and arrangement of equipments in the physiotherapy gym area.
13. Learn to explain about, promote, operate and troubleshoot Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy devices and High Potential Hydrogen Therapy devices for clients to ensure comfortable therapeutic experience.
14. Learn to utilise existing Physiotherapy equipments to the benefit of clients.
15. Participate in company's "Rehab Truck" Outreach programmes to educate public on importance of physiotherapy.
16. Write educational articles and record educational narrative videos for promotion and awareness purposes under guidance.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Mandarin an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3. Skills required: Anatomy and Physiology, Patient Assessment, Therapeutic Exercise.
4. Pleasant personality and willing to learn attitude.
