Job summary

Healthlink Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a licensed physiotherapist to join our hospital team in Malaysia. You will assess patients’ physical condition through clinical evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, administer physiotherapy treatments, and educate patients and caregivers on exercises and lifestyle changes.

You will monitor progress, maintain records, collaborate with orthopedics, neurology, ICU teams, and promote preventive care programs within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical condition through clinical evaluation, diagnostic tests, and medical history review.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Administer physiotherapy treatments such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, mobility aids, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Promote health, fitness, and preventive care programs within the hospital.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethics, and safety protocols.
