Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Johor Baharu, Malaysia. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve their physical function. Daily tasks include developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing rehabilitation exercises, and educating patients on lifestyle changes to enhance recovery. The role also involves monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Assessment and Diagnostic skills, including conducting thorough patient evaluations
• Treatment Planning and Implementation, designing personalized rehabilitation programs
• Knowledge in Rehabilitation Exercises and Manual Therapy techniques
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including orthopedic surgeons and acupuncturists
• Strong Organizational and Documentation skills for maintaining patient records
• Relevant physiotherapy certifications (Diploma and Bachelor's) and licensure are required
• Previous experience in a similar clinical setting is advantageous
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest practices in physiotherapy
