Mindrift connects physicians with project-based AI evaluation opportunities for leading healthcare tech companies. The role involves evaluating clinical EHR vignettes and scoring reasoning quality across multi-system cases, with adjudication by physicians.

Projects are part-time and remote, with compensation paid per accepted task. US-based physicians with an MD or DO, an active US license, and strong written English (C1+) are invited to apply.

Competenze

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency training with recent direct patient care.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with questions, proposed answers, and distractors.
• Score clinical reasoning quality: vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Check whether reasoning traces reach the answer from vignette facts and write short rationales.
• Work within three independent blind reads with physician adjudication.
