Job summary

Regen Evo Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Chinese-speaking phlebotomist/nurse to join our clinical team. The role covers venipuncture, sample handling, and patient care in a fast-paced medical setting.

Fixed hours are 9am–6pm on weekdays; some travel may be required with travel allowances. Salary starts at RM4,000 per month, with commissions and allowances as applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and phlebotomy certification required.
• Proficiency with blood collection methods (butterflies, straight needles).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and empathy for patient anxiety.
• Basic understanding of anatomy, test tubes, and laboratory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, IV insertion, and maintenance.
• Greet patients, explain procedures, and reassure nervous patients.
• Label and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Adhere to sanitation and infection control protocols (PPE).
• Enter patient data into EMR.

• Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict sanitation and infection control standards (e.g., using personal protective equipment).
• Documentation: Accurately enter patient data and tracking information into electronic medical records (EMR).
