Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of teaching experience.
• Ability to supervise PhD students.
• Has a passion for teaching and an aspiration to help students achieve their highest potential.
• Possess a PhD from a recognised university, which must be one from the Specialisation list below.

Responsibilities

• To write research proposals, papers, and other relevant publications.
• Ensuring that all course materials and books are in compliance with the MQA requirements.
• Planning lectures, seminars and tutorials and being committed to conduct classes and effective consultations to ensure maximum passing rates.
• To assess and monitor students’ progress in terms of academic performance and attendance and provide individual guidance.
• Meeting deadlines and completing specific tasks assigned based on the academic calendar and other directives.
