Job summary

Strong customer service and teamwork, with attention to detail, are essential. Responsibilities include dispensing under supervision, assisting customers with OTC products, maintaining records, managing inventory, processing insurance, and ensuring a clean, stocked pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical dispensing procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medication inquiries and product selection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical products.
• Process insurance claims and payments.
