Job summary

Atex Pharmacy is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team in Malaysia. You will deliver outstanding service, assist customers with healthcare product selections, perform basic health screenings, and support daily pharmacy operations in a team-oriented environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome and prior experience is encouraged. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience encouraged.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn about healthcare products and pharmacy operations.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service to customers.
• Promote health screening and wellness services.
• Achieve sales and service KPIs.
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising.
• Support daily pharmacy operations including stock and inventory checks.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process transactions.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, hygiene requirements, and store standards.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and promote loyalty programs.
• Participate in learning and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, dietitians, nutritionists, and store colleagues.
