BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant at Georgetown - The Amarene to assist customers with product information, stock display and checkout duties. You will ensure accurate pricing, balance cash and support inventory management using FEFO/FIFO practices.

• Greet customers and provide product information.
• Help customers locate products and advise on selections.
• Display products and manage inventory using FEFO/FIFO.
• Receive deliveries and assist stock control.
• Handle payments and balance cash at end of shift.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to customers and offer product advice.
• Ensure product visibility and attractive displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate cash register balance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate when needed.
