Qualifications

Customer service skills in a retail pharmacy setting.
Knowledge of merchandising and shelf/display standards.
Basic inventory and stock control understanding.
Cash handling and payment processing familiarity.

Responsibilities

Attend to customers, providing product information and advising on product selection.
Ensure product visibility and proper display with FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.
Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and assist in stock control.
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to pharmacy team when needed.
Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, and create displaying layouts.
Process cash and card payments and balance the cash register with receipts.
