Job summary

CryoCord Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Full-time, on-site Production Assistant to support manufacturing operations. You will monitor material availability, assist with inventory and packing, and help prepare products for courier delivery.

The role includes stock counting, coordinating with the Production Pharmacist, executing production plans, maintaining clean lab areas, and recording temperature/humidity to ensure SOP compliance. Salary: RM2,300–RM2,500 monthly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 1. Check availability of raw materials, packing materials, utilities and equipment parts.
• 2. Ensure all ingredients, substances and finished products are safe and secure in the pharmacy.
• 3. Maintain up-to-date Poison and Non-Poison (Consumables) inventories.
• 4. Conduct monthly stock counts.
• 5. Liaise with Production Pharmacist on stock levels—expiry, balance and usage.
• 6. Execute daily production plans and compound in the lab as needed or for client urgency.
• 7. Pack end products and prepare for courier shipment to client.
• 8. Daily cleaning of compounding areas and maintain hygiene.
• 9. Ensure production equipment is in good working order and liaise on issues with the lab.
• 10. Record daily temperature and humidity.
• 11. Ensure compounding processes conform to SOPs and company policies.
• 12. Ensure compliance of all compounding activities with SOPs and job requirements.
