Kaisar Pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking Pharmacy Assistants to join our expanding retail team. You will assist customers, provide product information, and support everyday pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include stock control, setting up displays, handling cashiering duties, and helping achieve monthly sales targets. Training is provided and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and advise on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and stock management, practice FEFO/FIFO inventory control.
• Receive goods and manage stock; maintain store cleanliness and security.
• Attend to customer enquiries or complaints and escalate when needed.
• Set up displays and price tags; keep up with promotions.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily cash flow.
• Plan and monitor monthly personal sales targets.
• Other tasks as required by Pharmacist/Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.

Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.

Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management.

Responsible to attend to customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.

Set up displays, affix price tags, keep up to date with special promotions.

Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.

Ensure optimal stock levels.

Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.

Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.

Any other task as and when assigned by the Pharmacist/Manager or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.
