Job Responsibilities:

Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.

Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.

Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management.

Responsible to attend to customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.

Set up displays, affix price tags, keep up to date with special promotions.

Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.

Ensure optimal stock levels.

Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.

Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.

Any other task as and when assigned by the Pharmacist/Manager or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.
