Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advice to all customers. Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with all customers. Manage and oversee outlet operations according to standards and procedures of the company. Lead the outlet staff as a team to achieve the outlet sales targets. Be responsible for providing guidance and teaching to subordinates. Stay up to date on market trends in terms of medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology findings. Participate in company activities when necessary.
