Pharmacy Department Responsibilities

1. Stock Audit
2. Updating drug formulary
3. Drug company contract and consignment

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Pharmacy recognized by Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Fully Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia with current Annual Retention Certificate.
• Eligible to apply for a poison licence.

PHARMACY ASSISTANT

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.

Receive and verify prescriptions from customers.

Provide accurate information to patients about medications and over-the-counter products.

Label and package prescriptions according to regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and transactions.

Process payments and handle cash register transactions.

Stock shelves, check for expired medications, and manage inventory levels.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.

Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Job requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Able to work on weekends, shifts, and public holidays.
• Required languages: English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
