Job summary

MU WAREHOUSE SDN BHD is seeking a Pharmacist Assistant in Jitra, Kedah to support pharmacists in delivering high-quality healthcare services. This full-time role offers on-the-job training and growth opportunities within a dynamic healthcare organisation.

You will handle interbranch stock transfers from the HQ, coordinate stock movement with proper documentation, perform inventory checks, and assist with stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in pharmacy or equivalent field.
• Responsible, organized & detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in stock handling/logistics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle interbranch stock transfers from our HQ (Mu Warehouse)
• Coordinate stock movement and ensure proper documentation
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock accuracy
• Handle product returns to suppliers
• Provide support to pharmacy operations as needed

Education
