About the role

Join Farmasi Evergreens' as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a full-time Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, offering medication counselling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products to patients
• Provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring proper medication use
• Review patient medication histories and profiles to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, or other issues
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
• Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
• Stay current with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and medication management

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• Valid Pharmacist registration and license to practice in Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, medication management, and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
