Responsibilities of Pharmacist include:

1. Providing advice about health issues, symptoms, and medications in response to customer inquiries.
2. Hiring, supervising, training, and managing staff; ensuring staff responsibilities are met and they possess sufficient product knowledge.
3. Arranging work schedules for staff and ensuring sufficient manpower during all operating hours.
4. Processing prescriptions and dispensing medication.
5. Ordering, selling, controlling, and managing medicines and OTC products; maintaining sufficient and up-to-date stock.
6. Participating in budget management to reduce wastage.
7. Keeping statistical and financial records.
8. Preparing publicity materials and displays.
9. Marketing services; developing ideas and methods to promote products.
10. Conducting regular meetings with HQ In-charge and communicating policies and ideas to pharmacy staff.
11. Being accountable for the sales of the assigned branch.
12. Managing stock holding and inventory control.
13. Aligning with the organization's vision and direction.
14. Performing other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
