Job summary

HTM Pharmacy Group in Ipoh is seeking a pharmacist to manage daily store operations, dispense prescription medicines, and provide expert consultation. The role includes staff training, patient health checks, and staying abreast of new drugs and pharmacy practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy preferred.
• Experience dispensing prescription medicines.
• Ability to train and mentor store staff.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations.
• Assist in training the retail team.
• Dispense prescription medicines to customers.
• Check dosage and ensure correct labeling.
• Provide consultation using the DRMS system.
• Conduct in-house health checks (BP, cholesterol, diabetes).
• Stay updated on current pharmacy practice and new drugs.

Job description

You are the friendly neighborhood pharmacist that your local community often visit to get quick over-the-counter medicine, health supplements or personal care products.

Job Scope:

Manage daily store operations.

Assist in training the existing retail team.

Dispense prescription medicines to the customers.

Check dosage and ensure that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labelled.

Provide consultation to customers using our DRMS system.

Perform in-house health checks service for customers, such as blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring and diabetes screening.

Keep abreast with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses.

Allowance & Commission: RM2000.00 to RM3000.00
