As a Sales Executive at SabahCare Pharma you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in Sabah & Labuan. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual who is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through the distribution of pharmaceutical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Product Promotion:
Promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Promote our medical supplies, first aid items to key industries & corporate clients.
Provide comprehensive product information to our clients to ensure they have a deep understanding of our offerings.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay informed about the pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Sabah.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager & management to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans.

Sales Performance:

Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Create and manage sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Monitor and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Training and Education:

Continuously update product knowledge and industry expertise.
Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on product usage, benefits, and safety.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, life sciences, business) is preferred.
2. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry in Sabah.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
6. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Sabah & Labuan.
7. Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Renumeration Package:

The remuneration package for the Sales & Marketing Executive position at our company will be competitive and will include the following components:
1. Base Salary: RM2000-RM3000 (based on the candidate’s experience)
2. Car Fixed Allowance: Car fixed allowance will be provided
3. Performance-Based Bonus: The candidate will be eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to the achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Benefits Package: The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, which include:
