Job summary

Anytime Fitness AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam in Penang is hiring Personal Trainers for a sales-driven presales phase, transitioning to full PT roles when the club opens. You will promote memberships, drive PT awareness, and be the face of the club at presales events.

Responsibilities include executing PT sessions, building rapport with prospects, achieving sales targets, and delivering tailored training programs to members post-opening.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Certified Personal Trainer (or in progress) preferred.
• Friendly, approachable and confident personality.

Do you have a passion for fitness, sales, and helping people transform their lives? Anytime Fitness AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam is looking for dynamic Personal Trainers who will first take on a sales-driven role during our presales period, and then transition into full personal training once the club is operational.

Promote Memberships

– Share the Anytime Fitness experience, highlight membership benefits, and inspire prospects to join.

Drive Personal Training Awareness

– Introduce potential members to the value of personal training services.

Represent the Club

– Be the face of Anytime Fitness at presales events, engage with the community, and create a lasting impression.

Engage Prospects

– Build rapport, answer questions, and guide individuals toward membership and training packages.

Support Sales Goals

– Contribute to achieving membership and PT sales targets during the presales campaign.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Opening Phase):

Deliver Personal Training

– Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions tailored to client goals.

Fitness Assessments & Programming

– Create effective training plans and track member progress.

Member Engagement

– Build lasting relationships, motivate clients, and foster a supportive club culture.

Promote PT Services

– Continue to drive awareness and uptake of personal training among members.

Qualifications:
