About the role

RYRT INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our executive leadership.

What you'll be doing

  • Carry out assignments/jobs as assigned by Directors in a timely manner
  • Manage Director's hotel & travel arrangements
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense tracking, photocopying & filing
  • Liaise with agents on company's work pass & quota applications
  • Coordinate with the company's secretary on relevant documentation
  • Assist in compiling tender submissions for governmental bodies with the contract team
  • Ensure all statutory forms of the company are up-to-date
  • Monitor the whereabouts of company's vehicles & machineries
  • Closely monitor the boss's petty cash claims
  • Assist in replenishing office pantry & sundry supplies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other productivity tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Highly discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
