About the role
As the Personal Driver to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to our company's top executive. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the Managing Director's schedule and commitments are met with the utmost professionalism and discretion. This is a full-time position based in our office in Shah Alam, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Provide safe and courteous transportation services to the Managing Director, including airport transfers, client meetings, and other business-related travel
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company's fleet of vehicles
- Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule and itinerary, ensuring punctuality and effective time management
- Serve as a discreet and trustworthy personal assistant, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal driver or chauffeur, preferably for a senior executive
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Working Hours
- Weekday : 8.30am-6.00pm
