Job summary

DC Multimedia is seeking a Personal Driver to the Director to handle driving, collection and distribution of items, and upkeep of the vehicle. The role requires travel to other places within West Malaysia and occasional extended hours, with OT claims.

We expect at least 2 years of driving experience, a valid license, and reliability. Familiarity with Penang routes, especially near Tanjung Tokong, is preferred. The position offers attractive remuneration and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license and have good driving skills.
• Punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Willing to standby for on-call duty when required.
• Familiar with Penang routes, preferably near Tanjung Tokong.

Responsibilities

• Drive Director and family as assigned.
• Handle collection and distribution of personal or official items.
• Maintain the car in good condition and arrange servicing.
• Travel outstation within West Malaysia as required.
• Perform ad hoc duties as instructed by Director or designated by the company.

Job description

To act as personal driver and execute the tasks assigned.

To carry out collection and distribution of personal or official items.

Responsible for maintaining good condition and upkeep of the car.

Able to travel outstation to any other places within West Malaysia.

Standby during office hours, and may include occasional late hours, weekends or public holidays (OT claimable).

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Director and family, or Company’s designates.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a company driver or personal driver.

Possess a valid driving license with good driving skills.

Punctual and possess good time management.

Able to standby for on-call duty from time to time if required.

Trustworthy, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.

Familiar with Penang routes; preferably candidates staying around Tanjung Tokong.

Willing to perform extra responsibilities as instructed by Director.
