Job summary

Mega Flour Sdn Bhd, a locally based company established in 2013 with branches in Johor Bahru/Shah Alam/Penang/Sabah & Sarawak, is seeking a Personal Driver in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. You will safely transport the company Director, Executives and staff to designated locations and maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle.

You must follow traffic laws, plan efficient routes for timely arrivals, assist with loading, monitor vehicle maintenance, and keep mileage and fuel records.

Qualifications

• Valid license and clean driving record.
• Experience as a personal driver preferred.
• Knowledge of road regulations and safe driving practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Punctual, reliable, and discreet.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Safely transport company Director, Executives and other personnel to and from designated locations safely and on time.

Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Plan and manage efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, packages, and other items as required.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and schedule regular servicing and repairs.

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.

Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the company's activities and personnel.
