Job description

Provide safe and timely transportation for Executive Director or designated individuals, ensuring comfort and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and ensure it is regularly serviced and maintained.

Plan and optimize routes for efficiency, avoiding traffic or delays whenever possible.

Ensure all necessary documents and items are transported as required (e.g., personal items, documents).

Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in interactions with passengers.

Receive, organize, and dispatch documents, packages, or materials to appropriate destinations.

Ensure proper delivery protocols are followed, including getting necessary signatures or confirmations.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in transportation management is a plus.

Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience being a company or personal driver.

Good communication skills. Able to communicate with people of all levels.

Possess a valid driving license, good driving skills, and with a clean driving record.

Strictly NO smoking during driving.

Honest, well-mannered, reliable, mature, neat looking, professional and has personal hygiene.

Punctual and good attendance record.

No criminal record.
