Job summary

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen only, male, aged 25 to 45 years.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a personal driver and/or bodyguard.
• Physically and mentally fit with no criminal records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a personal driver and bodyguard for the Director and family.
• Ensure safety and security during travel and visits.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and handle maintenance.

Job description

Serve as a personal driver and close protection bodyguard for the Director, family members, VIPs, and designated guests.

Ensure the safety and security of the Director during travel, business, and social visits.

Always alert and prepared to respond to any potential threats or emergencies.

Design safe travel routes with backup alternatives when needed.

Monitor the surroundings, check entrances and exits, and coordinate with area security personnel when necessary.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times without influence from drugs, alcohol, or medication.

Maintain the assigned vehicle’s cleanliness (interior and exterior), functionality, and ensure it is in good working condition.

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

Handle routine maintenance, road tax, and insurance renewals, and minor repairs if needed.

Maintain accurate records for tolls, fuel, parking, service, and other related expenses.

Keep all personal and professional matters strictly confidential, respecting the Director’s privacy.

Perform duties or errands as instructed.

Carry out any other tasks the Director assigns from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Malaysian citizen only, male, aged between 25 to 45 years old.

Possess a valid Class D driving license and certified bodyguard training.

Possess a CNU license is a bonus.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a personal driver and/or bodyguard.

Physically and mentally fit, with no criminal, disciplinary, or serious traffic records.

Strong punctuality, discipline, and patience.

Highly responsible, alert, and able to take instructions well.

Honest, discreet, and maintains confidentiality at all times.

Familiar with routes in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Proficient with GPS, Waze, and other navigation systems.

Able to work under pressure and in high-responsibility situations.

Retired army or police personnel are encouraged to apply.

Body Skills and protection skill as certified bodyguard is an added credit.
