A dynamic role for a personal driver cum unarmed bodyguard is available in Subang Jaya. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe transportation for the Director, maintaining vehicle integrity, and adhering to driving regulations. This position requires excellent planning skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to act quickly in emergencies.

We have an open position for a personal driver cum unarmed bodyguard.
Responsibilities:
Plans, manages, and reports on daily duties and routines to protect the Director (and/or any other person as instructed by the Director).
Designs safe routes of travel and alternative backup routes, and transports the Director (and/or any other person as instructed by the Director) to ensure safe and timely transportation to destination.
Present at all designated locations punctually during working hours and on standby as per the schedule.
Perform basic maintenance on assigned vehicles, including cleaning, scheduling repairs, and conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Follow all safety measures while driving, including obeying traffic laws, speed limits, and avoiding dangerous behaviors such as mobile phone use to ensure passenger safety.
Perform all duties honestly, diligently, and professionally, maintaining passenger confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O’Level qualification.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with a clean driving record; experience in police, army, or security forces is an advantage.
Able to communicate in simple English.
Medically and physically fit with no criminal record.
Knowledge of self-defense techniques, martial arts, or protective training is a plus.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills, ability to act quickly in emergencies, and discretion in sensitive environments.
Familiar with Klang Valley and Malaysian roads, capable of operating GPS, and route planning.
Possess a valid Class D driver’s license, a clean traffic record, and good driving skills.
Honest, punctual, professional, with good interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Willing to start immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
Willing to be based in Tropicana PJ and Subang Jaya areas.
Work schedule: Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Sat (8.30am to 1pm). Willing to work beyond hours with overtime pay and travel outstation when necessary.
