Job summary

A leading healthcare company is seeking a reliable driver to provide transport for the Managing Director. This role involves ensuring safety during transit, maintaining the assigned vehicle, and being ready to work overtime as needed. Ideal candidates will be punctual and possess excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving Managing Director to appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure the safety of MD and passengers and compliance with traffic rules.
  • Maintain and manage vehicle with regular checks and cleaning.

Job description

· Responsible for day-to-day driving for the Managing Director to and from the office, appointments, and meetings, etc.

· Ensure timely pick up from residence to office and other locations at the time requested by Managing Director.

· Responsible and ensure safety of MD and other passengers in the vehicle.

· Comply with all road and traffic rules, always follow all safety rules.

· Punctual, reliable and possess good time management.

· Ready to work overtime and outstation.

· Maintain and handle the assigned motor vehicle with great care including sending for regular maintenance and service, ensure cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside.

· Carrying out daily checks of oil, fuel, water, car wash etc.

· Work closely with admin to schedule regular car service appointments and report if any issues.

· Map out driving routes ahead of time to plan and determine the most efficient trip, to avoid delays reaching destination.

· Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions.

· Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction, as needed.

· Ensuring vehicles are parked safely and free from traffic summons.

· Responsible for collecting and delivering company documents/goods to all assigned areas.

· Attend any other ad-hoc administrative task assigned by the HR department.
