Overview

Elcca Properties is seeking a professional, reliable, and discreet individual to serve as the dedicated Family Driver. This role is essential for ensuring the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of family members for various personal and professional engagements. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for the overall maintenance and serviceability of the family’s premium vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation and Logistics

• Family Transport: Be primarily responsible for transporting family members to and from various destinations, including scheduled meetings, personal appointments, and general errands.
• Trip Management: Efficiently manage daily trip logs, including routine duties such as grocery runs, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and business meeting transfers.
• Punctuality and Route Planning: Plan and execute optimal routes using real time traffic data from apps like Waze or Google Maps to ensure absolute punctuality and minimize travel time.
• Collaboration: Work effectively and professionally in conjunction with other household drivers or staff members to coordinate schedules and fleet movements.
• Flexibility: Be ready to adjust schedules on short notice and manage unexpected changes in daily itineraries.

Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Serviceability

• Vehicle Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in handling and operating high-end and large vehicles, including Alphards and premium luxury car brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Range Rover.
• Fleet Management: Take ownership of the overall serviceability of the family's fleet. This includes managing refueling, scheduling routine maintenance and servicing, ensuring all documentation (road tax, insurance) is current, and maintaining vehicles in immaculate condition.
• Passion for Vehicles: Approach the role with a genuine passion for vehicles, ensuring that all cars are clean, fully operational, and prepared for immediate use at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Driving License: Must possess a valid, Malaysian driving license.
• PSV License: Possession of a PSV (Public Service Vehicle) license is an added advantage.
• Experience: Proven professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or private family setting.
• Compliance: Must consent to comprehensive background checks and possess no adverse driving offences or criminal record.
• Conduct: Exhibit the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
