Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for the Director and his family. This role involves not only driving but also maintaining the vehicle, ensuring it is in excellent condition for all journeys. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience, a valid driving license, and a good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving license and good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Director to places as instructed in a safe and timely manner. This includes driving him to work and to occasion/event.
• Carry out car inspection & maintenance such as changing the oil and batteries, refueling the car(s), and repairing some minor faults, which can be mechanical or electrical in nature. Any major defects should be reported to the employer and the car sent to the workshop for repair.
• Chauffeuring the Director's family members, friends, or business associates from events, meetings, and the airport.
• Keeping the car clean, tidy, and neat.
• Keeping all receipts for toll, petrol, vehicle repairs and maintenance, and other records and reports concerning the employer's car.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the employer.
• Deliver and collect documents/miscellaneous items on behalf of the Chairman as and when required.

Requirements

• Preferably, with at least 3 years working experience as a Personal Driver.
• Prior experience as a Personal Driver is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur / Selangor areas.
• Possess a valid driving license with good driving skills.
• No previous disciplinary records, criminal records, or previous traffic offenses.
• Punctual, responsible, physically fit, and pleasant with a good working attitude.
• Able to join immediately.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Open for Contract/Permanent role.
