To provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services to the assigned employer and family members, while ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and in optimal condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

Drive the employer to and from destinations safely and punctually (e.g. office, meetings, appointments, events, airport).

Standby for any urgent or unscheduled travel requests as needed.

Familiarize with frequently visited locations and the best travel routes.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle at all times (interior and exterior).

Conduct routine vehicle checks (engine oil, brakes, tire pressure, battery, water, lights).

Monitor and schedule regular servicing and repair appointments.

Immediately report any vehicle faults or issues.

Maintain accurate travel records including mileage, fuel consumption, toll, parking, and other transport-related expenses.

Safely manage official documents or parcels when tasked to deliver.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all traffic laws and regulations.

Ensure the safety of all passengers at all times.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer’s schedule and personal matters.

Other Duties:

Run errands or perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the employer.

Provide assistance during travel or official functions when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Proven work experience as a personal or company driver.

Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.

Familiar with roads and traffic conditions in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

Good punctuality, patience, and reliability.

Physically fit and presentable.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Additional Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (with flexibility for overtime)

May require outstation travel on occasion

Priority will be given to candidates residing near or within the Klang Valley
