- Appointment Coordination: Schedule travels and manage appointments, ensuring a timely and efficient itinerary.
- Executive Support: Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including organizing meetings, making reservations and travel arrangements.
- Personal Support: Handle day-to-day errands of other family members as requested, including sending or picking up kids at school.
- Meeting Facilitation: Prepare and conduct minutes for all meetings attended, ensuring accurate documentation for proper time-scheduling.
- Driving Duties: Serve as a personal driver, responsible for safe and timely transportation to various appointments and engagements.
- Vehicle Inspection: Monitor vehicle related matters closely, including road tax, insurance, vehicle functionality and car cleanliness.
