Job summary

NEXXATECH GLOBAL SDN BHD seeks a proactive Content Creator to develop personal branding content for the Founder/Management, including planning ideas, shooting sessions, and editing engaging short-form videos for social media.

The role requires strong storytelling and trend awareness across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu; prior portfolio is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, video production, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Able to independently handle video shooting, editing, and content production.
• Creative, confident, and good at storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan personal branding content strategies for the Founder/Management.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas, video topics, scripts, and storytelling angles.
• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Research trending topics, content formats, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure content aligns with the Founder's personal image, positioning, and branding direction.
• Arrange and coordinate filming schedules and shooting sessions.
• Handle video shooting, camera setup, lighting, and audio recording.
• Capture daily activities, business insights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Add subtitles, background music, transitions, effects, and other visual elements.
