Job summary

OCBC Bank Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to build lasting relationships with clients and help them achieve financial goals. You will advise on investments, insurance, and banking solutions while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a portfolio of high-value customers, develop tailored financial strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or related field; 3+ years in banking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers
• Proven sales and relationship-building track record with targets achieved
• Solid product knowledge across investment, insurance and banking solutions
