Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to build long-term relationships with high-value customers, advise on financial solutions, and drive growth across wealth, insurance, and banking products.

You will develop tailored strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, stay updated on market trends, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. A degree and 3+ years in banking are preferred.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products.
