Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to build long-lasting relationships with customers, help them reach financial goals, and grow the bank’s business. You’ll provide tailored investment, insurance, and banking solutions while delivering exceptional service and trust across a diverse client base.

The role requires a degree and 3+ years in banking or finance, strong communication and sales skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
