Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote a wide range of banking products and services to customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other banking products based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide after-sales service.
• Adhere to internal policies, regulatory risk and compliance.
• Obtain recognised industry qualifications (FIMM, PCE, CEILI, IPPC) upon joining.
