Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory.
• Understanding of banking, investment and insurance products.
• Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Licensing such as PCE/TBE/CEILLI/IPPC/FIMM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial consultation and promote wealth solutions to retail clients.
• Cross-sell financing and credit card products to increase client product holding.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships with Privilege and Emerging Affluent clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to branch performance and revenue.
• Comply with regulatory standards and ongoing training.
• Act on leads and follow up to maximize conversion rates.
• Deliver top-tier after-sales service and identify new business through data mining.
