About the Employer

The employer is one of the largest banks in Malaysia with more than 400 branches nationwide. They are currently hiring for the position of Personal Banker to be stationed at various branches across Malaysia.

• Basic Salary ranging from RM3,000 to RM10,000 (excluding commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
• Annual incentive trips and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote bancassurance products; identify customer segments for new sales opportunities
• Conduct prospecting and cold calls to engage potential customers
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new clients
• Build and maintain strong business relationships for up-selling activities
• Provide financial advice and follow-up services regarding policy matters

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes including BM, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Fresh diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous
• Result-oriented with a strong interest in sales and marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
• Own transportation and willingness to travel as required
