Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver a minimum sales productivity of 2.5 million per month.
2. Service and strengthen our business relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents.

Mortgage Financial Targets

• Achieve personal sales targets.
• Achieve an MRTA penetration rate of 80%.

Sales Productivity

• Deliver a minimum sales productivity of 2.5 million per month.
• Service and strengthen our business relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulatory authorities, legal requirements, ML-KYC, credit policies, and service standards.
• Exercise due care and diligence regarding money laundering and KYC matters in daily operations, including account opening, reporting suspicions, and supporting superiors and subordinates.
• Ensure data integrity and that all customer income documents are original and sighted.

Customer Interaction

Conduct face-to-face interviews with customers.
