Job Responsibilities:

1. Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales through marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows, and other sales activities to achieve targets.
2. Actively cross-sell Banking/Financial products.
3. Assess, evaluate, and diligently propose credit applications.
4. Build rapport and relationships with customers to establish loyalty, encourage repeated sales, and increase product holdings.
5. Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect the Bank's image.
6. Seek continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, and competitor checks.
7. Comply with statutory requirements and sales regulations related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, internal policies, and procedures.
8. Participate in teamwork and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
