Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail banking, sales, or customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.

• Identify and assess customer financial needs and offer UOB products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through relationship management, cross-selling, and up-selling.
