Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia seeks a sales-focused professional to achieve branch targets by promoting a range of retail and wealth products to existing and new customers.

You will handle account openings, cross-selling, and engagement to grow the customer base, leveraging licenses and strong communication skills to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• At least 2 years’ experience with Wealth and Banca products in any FI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Licensed in CUTE & Banca/Takaful or relevant licenses.
• Sales and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/revenue targets set by the Bank.
• Sell a range of retail and wealth products to existing and new customers.
• Participate in branch and bank-wide sales campaigns to grow customer segments.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, perform account openings, cross-sell and up-sell.

• To achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards growing the bank's portfolio/profitability and the achievement of the overall branch targets
• To promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers ie. Wealth products (UT, ASNB VP, PRS, Banca RP & GI, Direct Forex and NTW), Deposits (CASA/FD, Accounts Acquisition), Assets/Financing products (PF/PFi, ASB & Credit Cards) etc.
• Participate in branch/region/bank (bank wide) sales & promotional activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables and to acquire, build and grow mass & mass affluent customer segments
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plan, perform account opening, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referrals To drive NTB customer acquisition (wealth and retail customers) and customer experience to broaden the Bank's customer base

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Have at least 2 years’ experience preferably with Wealth and Banca products in any FIs
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
• Possess with CUTE & Banca/Takaful license and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio
• Sales and result oriented
