Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a sales-focused professional to achieve branch targets and grow the bank's portfolio by promoting a range of retail products to existing and potential customers, including Wealth products, deposits and financing solutions.

You will participate in branch and bank-wide promotions, execute sales plans, perform account openings, cross-sell and upsell, and engage customers for retention and referrals, with emphasis on NTB acquisition and delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder
• At least 2 years experience in Wealth and Banca products
• Sales oriented with good communication
• Possess CUTE & Banca/Takaful license and any other relevant licenses

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/revenue targets and contribute to branch targets
• Promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers
• Participate in branch/region/bank promotions to achieve deliverables and grow customer segments
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans, perform account opening, cross selling and engagement for retention and referrals
• Drive NTB customer acquisition and customer experience

• To promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers ie. Wealth products (UT, ASNB VP, PRS, Banca RP & GI, Direct Forex and NTW), Deposits (CASA/FD, Accounts Acquisition), Assets/Financing products (PF/PFi, ASB & Credit Cards) etc.
• Participate in branch/region/bank (bank wide) sales & promotional activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables and to acquire, build and grow mass & mass affluent customer segments
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plan, perform account opening, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referrals
• To drive NTB customer acquisition (wealth and retail customers) and customer experience to broaden the Bank's customer base

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Have at least 2 years experience preferably with Wealth and Banca products in any FIs
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
• Possess with CUTE & Banca/Takaful license and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio
