Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreetPersonal Assistant (PA)to support both theChief Executive Officer (CEO)andDeputy CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost discretion.
Manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
2. Travel & Logistics
Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Ensure seamless logistics for events, shoots, and business engagements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with department heads, clients, and partners on behalf of the executives.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and messages.
4. Administrative & Support
Maintain filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
Support personal errands and tasks as required by the executives.
Assist in project tracking, research, and preparation of briefing materials.
5. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work flexible hours and handle urgent matters outside of standard office hours.
